Born and raised in Brazil, Dr. ​Thiago Arzua is currently a neuroscientist at the Zuckerman Institute at Columbia University.

Their current work, as a postdoctoral scientist in the Marlin Lab, seeks to understand how traumatic experience are represented in the brain through multiple generations.
